Mohs AUC Score: 9 (Appropriate - Diagnosis and Location) Number of Stages: 1 Pre-op Size: 1.7 cm x 1.5 c. Update: Treated with four amniotic graft placements, starting with 4x4, then 3x2, followed by two 2x2 grafts. Status is fully healed
